Summer Information and Policies
How to Enroll for CCMC Summer Programs
Complete and submit a registration form along with full payment, on or before the registration deadline. Only forms accompanied by full payment of tuition and fees, or by a completed financial aid application form, will be accepted and processed. Enrollment cannot be confirmed until payment is received in full.

Tuition and Fees
Payment may be made by cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or check made payable to Crowden Music Center, 1475 Rose Street, Berkeley, CA 94702. A non-refundable registration fee must be added to all tuition payments; see course descriptions for fee information.
Payment
Tuition and fees are payable to Crowden Music Center by cash, check, money order, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). A $25 fee will be charged for any nonnegotiable check presented. CCMC reserves the right to refuse personal checks from students who have previously paid with non-negotiable items, or to refuse enrollment to students whose accounts are not in good standing.
Summer Financial Aid
Financial aid is awarded based on
merit, commitment, and demonstrated
financial need. Applications (available for download below and in CCMC office)
must be accompanied by a $15 registration
fee.

Withdrawals and Refunds
Students who provide written notice of withdrawal to the CCMC office no later than two full weeks before the start of their class will receive a full refund of the tuition, less the $15 registration fee. Students requesting withdrawal within two weeks of the first day of class will receive a half refund of tuition, less the registration fee and the cost of the first day of class if applicable. No refunds will be made after the second day of class.
Class Cancellations
All CCMC classes are offered subject to minimum enrollment requirements. Classes may be cancelled at the discretion of the CCMC Director if enrollment is deemed insufficient by the registration deadline. Students enrolled in a class cancelled by CCMC will receive a full refund. Faculty for all programs subject to change.
