Registration Forms
To enroll, just complete a registration form and enclose with full payment of tuition plus a $15 non-refundable registration fee payable to Crowden Center for Music in the Community (CCMC). Please return all materials to the CCMC office.

Applicants will be contacted to schedule an audition or interview. Early Childhood classes do not require any further audition or interview.
