Registration Forms

To enroll, just complete an application form and enclose with a $15 non-refundable registration fee payable to Crowden Center for Music in the Community (CCMC). Please return all materials to the CCMC office.

Applicants will be contacted to schedule an audition or interview. Early Childhood classes do not require any further audition or interview.
