TCS Admissions Evening Informational Sessions for 2011-2012

All info sessions are held at Crowden from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

Tour the Music Program
School tours are the best way to see our music program in action! Tours are held on Thursday mornings from 8:15 to 9:45 am and are scheduled by request.

Application and Financial Aid Deadlines
- Courtesey deadline: December 15, 2011
- Final application deadline: February 1, 2012
Families who have toured and attended evening information sessions early in the fall are encouraged to submit applications by December 15, 2011. Priority scheduling for day visits will be given to applicants who have submitted their application, fee, teacher recommendation forms, and school records by the courtesy date. The Final Admissions deadline is February 1, 2012. After this time, day visits will be subject to schedule availability.
Admissions decisions are based on student records, teacher recommendations, day visit observations, and exam and audition results.
All students must submit a completed application before the Entrance Exam/Audition Day on February 9, 2012. Decisions will be mailed on March 8, 2012. Admissions Contracts must be returned by March 16, 2012 by 5:00 p.m.
