Crowden Closed

In keeping with city, county, and state regulations and recommendations, and to help contain the spread of coronavirus, Crowden will be closed Saturday, March 14 through Sunday, April 12.

The Crowden School will move from in-person classes to learning from home for the period of March 16 through April 3. Spring Break will remain from April 6 to April 12. For now, we anticipate that classes at Crowden will resume on Monday, April 13.

All community education classes, ensembles and lessons will be suspended from March 14 to April 5. Spring Break for community programs will remain from April 6 to April 12. As with the day school, we anticipate that classes, ensembles, and lessons will resume on Monday, April 13.

We are suspending all public performances, recitals, and rentals from March 14 through April 12.

We made this decision after much consideration, in concert with official health recommendations and fellow Bay Area schools, and out of concern for the health and well-being of our community. The safety of our students, families, faculty and staff, and audience members is our top priority.
