Online Music & Safety Procedure Orientation

In order to ensure that all students and teachers who intend to attend enrichment activities on campus are tested for the COVID-19 virus prior to the start of activities, our first enrichment activity date will be Tuesday, September 8.

Online academic classes will still begin as scheduled on Wednesday, September 2.

On Thursday, September 3, students will attend an online Music and Safety Procedure Orientation. Parents are highly encouraged to attend if possible.

The schedule will be as follows:

• Grades 3–4: 9:00–9:35am
• Grades 5–6: 9:40–10:15am
• Grades 7–8: 10:20–10:55am

There will be no classes for the remainder of September 3, which will afford students and families the opportunity to begin their early homework assignments, practice, and collect all remaining pieces of musical and technological equipment and school supplies that may have slipped off the original checklist. The Enrichment Schedule will then resume on Friday, September 4, and proceed as listed here.

All students who plan to attend on-site activities must sign up for weekly COVID testing beginning September 1.
