Violin, Suzuki Strings, Viola
Sarah Lee, violinist and violist, is a Bay Area native. She is an active performer and teacher, having earned her Suzuki training under the direction of Suzuki pedagogue Cathryn Lee. Sarah caters her teaching to every student uniquely as everyone has different learning styles. Her students have passed Associated Board of Royal School of Music (ABRSM) exams as well as performed with youth orchestras at Oakland Youth Symphony.
Sarah is a member of the Monterey and Santa Cruz Symphonies. She also performs with Stockton Symphony, Fresno Philharmonic, as well as other Bay Area ensembles such as Opera Parallele. She has led as Principal Viola at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Indiana University, National Music Festival, and the Orchestra Institute of Napa Valley. Sarah received her Bachelor’s of Music degree from Indiana University.
