Founded in 1983 by violinist Anne Crowden.
Enrollment: 64 students in grades 4–8
Daily schedule: 8:00am–3:30pm. Every day begins with two hours of music instruction from 8:00am–9:45am prior to the start of the academic day.

Tuition for 2017-2018 academic year:
- $23,250 for grades 4–5 (Lower School)
- $25,425 for grades 6–8 (Upper School)
Membership: The school is a member of the East Bay Independent Schools Association (EBISA).

After-school child care: The school opens at 7:40am and Aftercare is available from 3:45pm–6:00pm.
