Ann Eastman
Ann is the parent of a Crowden alum (Alice 2005-2010) and is beginning her 3rd year as Board Chair. She is a violinist who has played for over 30 years in the Berkeley Symphony and is currently loving being part of Crowden Adult Chamber Music. Professionally, she is a semi-retired ObGyn physician whose service included over 5 years as Chief of the East Bay Kaiser ObGyn Department. Ann and her husband Jack have 3 children in their 30s. They live at the Maybeck Studio for the Performing Arts which they make available for Crowden events whenever helpful. Ann ruminates daily on how to help Crowden become financially sustainable again and is feeling very optimistic! She feels certain that with Crowden’s faculty, staff, families, new leadership, trustees and whole community working together, we have a bright future.
