Crowden offers small group tours 2-3 times each month, specially designed for families interested in Kindergarten and 1st grade, grades 2-4, and grades 5-8. Small group tours are capped at three families.
When you tour, you will see our beautiful historic campus, visit music and academic classes, and meet teachers and administrators. There will be ample time to ask questions. Register through Ravenna

Join us on Veteran’s Day for a special tour of Crowden School! Your whole family is invited to join us for this special extended tour of Crowden. You will see our students and teachers in action, experience both music and academic classes, and see for yourself how magical school can be when every day is filled with music. Please bring your prospective student(s) on the tour so that they can see first-hand what it might be like to be a Crowden student!
All family members are welcome to join, including prospective students of all ages. Coffee, tea and light snacks will be available, as well as fun music activities for the kids.
Come play with us at Crowden! Families with children entering Kindergarten or 1st grade in fall 2027 are invited to join us for a relaxed Saturday morning of outdoor play, snacks, music, and a fun activity with our Kindergarten teacher.
It’s a chance for children to explore Crowden, meet some of our teachers, and get a sense of what makes Crowden School so special. Parents and caregivers can observe, meet other families, and chat with us over coffee and tea.
Who is this event for? This playdate is specifically designed for prospective students entering Kindergarten or 1st grade in fall 2027 (approximately ages 4–6). The whole family is welcome to attend, but younger siblings will need to stay with their parent or caregiver during the activities.
Prospective parents are invited to attend this enlightening morning featuring a welcome from Admissions, an overview from our Head of Music, an alum parent perspective, and a lively student panel with current Crowden students in grades 4–8. Hear directly from students about life at Crowden, and stay for a brief tour if you haven’t yet visited our classrooms.
