Ansel Klucsor
Ansel Klucsor is a violinist and violist working towards a B.M. in String Performance from the University of Denver, where he studies under Basil Vendryes and Linda Wang. He is an active chamber and orchestral musician in the Bay Area and Denver and frequently plays with the Lamont Symphony Orchestra, Denver Chamber Orchestra, and numerous other ensembles in the greater Denver area. He has performed in masterclasses taught by David Kim and the Cremona Quartet and participated in festivals including the Pacific Crest Music Festival and the Cremona International Music Academy. In addition to his love of classical music, Ansel also has a strong interest in fiddling.
Ansel has a deep passion for teaching and has previously taught as an Introductory Violin instructor for Crowden’s summer programs and a chamber coach for the Palo Alto Chamber Orchestra. He currently leads Crowden’s Harmony Road program and teaches students of all ages at Crowden and in his private studio.
