Bik Kam Lee is a pianist and composer. She received her Masters degree in Music Composition from Ohio State University and has studied erhu with Hong Wang. An electronic musician and sound designer, she received the Pauline Oliveros Prize for electro-acoustic composition from the International Alliance of Women in Music. Besides the classical repertoire, her interests include traditional Chinese music, Cuban salsa (music and dance), and Tahitian drumming and dance. Teaching piano, she especially enjoys working with young students.
