Students in our John Adams Young Composers Program showcase their works with world premieres of their compositions performed by professional musicians.

The students of Crowden’s John Adams Young Composers Program have come together to write music while in isolation. Come online and hear their semester projects! Chamber music has been shrunk down, larger works have gone digital, and the students have all become more familiar with their houses than we thought possible.
Featuring world premieres by Skyler Baysa, Penina Biddle, Kibriya Cooper-Malek, Connor Johnson, Steven Lee, Kai Matera, Lukas Moy, Kuzey Sozat, Simon Starbuck, and Matilda Starbuck.
